The female passenger turned around to face the duo who were occupying the reserved seats and surreptitiously snapped a photo of the young ladies. Unbeknown to the photo taker, I have noticed her stealth action.
Earlier on, an elderly passenger standing with a toddler in her arms, openly snapped a photo of the young ladies taking up the seats which could have gone to her.
While the ladies who didn't give up their seats were not morally right, the two who took photos should instead speak up and not trying to terrorise the passengers who were on the reserved seats. The photographers might post the photo on social media in a bid to shame the passengers for ignoring a needy passenger.
If I had felt a pressing need from a passenger, I'd have asked the seated passenger to give up his or her seat.
"Maybe you haven't noticed that there's someone who needs a seat, would you like to let him / her have your seat? "
Just like the way I reminded passengers in the past not to eat or drink in the train.
